Library of a higher education institute not only serves as a learning resource center but also as an information center for new knowledge. Bapatla College of Pharmacy is committed to providing physical and digital resources and information services to students and staff. The library promotes self-learning and lifelong learning skills.

Mission

The Mission of the Library is to achieve the dual goals of providing access to information and ensuring up-to-date resources such as books, journals, magazines, government notifications and databases.

Library Policy

Bapatla College of Pharmacy is committed to providing all resource support for learning and research. Resources and services are continuously updated to make the latest knowledge available to stakeholders including B.Pharmacy and M.Pharmacy students and faculty members.

A library committee is constituted to manage the library effectively. Budget provisions are made every year for procurement of books, journals and digital resources. The library is supported with digital library management systems and modern infrastructure.

General Rules

  • Users must show identity card when demanded.
  • All belongings must be kept at the property counter before entering the library.
  • Silence must be maintained in the library.
  • Open access system is followed to allow users to select books directly.
  • The Principal has authority to cancel library privileges in case of rule violation.

  • Library Timing: 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM on working days
  • Book Issue Timing: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
  • Reference Books: 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM
  • Book Return: 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM
