Dr. Shiny Ganji has been working in this Institute as Associate Professor since September 2022 and took the charge as Head of the Department for Pharmacognosy from October 2022 onwards.

She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from St. Peters Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kakatiya University, Hanamkonda in November 2002 and Master’s degree from Vagadevi College of Pharmacy, Kakatiya University, Hanamkonda in 2007. She was awarded PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from JNTUH, Hyderabad in 2024.

Dr. Shiny Ganji has a total of 15 years of experience in teaching. She has published 13 papers in various national and international journals. She attended various national and international conferences. She has attended and also organized FDPs and seminars. She was awarded Bharat ShikshaRatna Award by GlobalSociety for Health and Education Growth, New Delhi in 2016. She was also awarded Iconic Educationist Award by Glorious Organization for Accelerated to Literacy, New Delhi in 2020. She is the winner of Categories -Research Publications and Teaching learning process at zonal level in APTI AP State Women’s Form Womens Day Celebrations in 2023.

She has been playing a key role as President of Institution’s Innovation Council and Facilitator for AIKYAM. She has been Reviewer for Journal of Pharmaceutical research International in 2024, Uttarpradesh Journal of Zoology, 2023, Future Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 2021.
