AP EAPCET Admission Process

The admission process for AP EAPCET is a multi-stage online procedure managed by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). It is primarily for candidates seeking admission into undergraduate Engineering, Pharmacy, and Agriculture courses.

1. Admission Eligibility

  • Entrance Qualification: Candidates must have a valid rank in the AP EAPCET examination.
  • Academic Requirements: Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in group subjects (PCM/BiPC) at the 10+2 level.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 16 years for Engineering/Pharmacy and 17 years for Pharm-D as on December 31, 2025.

2. Step-by-Step Counselling Process

1. Registration & Fee Payment

  • Login using Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
  • Processing fee: As Per AP Govt Guidelines

2. Certificate Verification

  • Online verification for most candidates.
  • Offline verification at Help Line Centres for special categories (NCC, CAP, PWD, Sports).

3. Web Options Entry

  • Select preferred colleges and branches.
  • Choose maximum options to improve seat allotment chances.

4. Seat Allotment

  • Based on rank, category, local area, and web options.

5. Self-Reporting & College Reporting

  • Self-report online through counselling portal.
  • Report to allotted college with original documents.

3. Required Documents for Verification

  • AP EAPCET 2025 Rank Card & Hall Ticket
  • SSC (10th) and Intermediate (12th) Marks Memos
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and Study Certificates (Class 6 to 12)
  • Integrated Community Certificate (BC/SC/ST)
  • Income Certificate (after Jan 1, 2025) / White Ration Card
  • EWS Certificate (2025-26 if applicable)
  • Residence / Local Status Certificate

4. Refund Policy (As per Bapatla Education Society)

  • Fee refund will be processed as per the guidelines of APSCHE, AFRC, and Bapatla Education Society norms.
  • If a student cancels admission before the commencement of classes, the refundable fee will be returned after deducting applicable processing charges.
  • After the commencement of academic session, refund of fee will be governed strictly by institutional and regulatory policies.
  • Original certificates will be returned only after submission of a formal cancellation request.
  • The refund process may take a specified processing period as per the institution’s administrative procedures.

Note: The refund policy is subject to the rules and regulations of Bapatla Education Society, APSCHE counselling norms, and Government of Andhra Pradesh guidelines applicable for the academic year 2025-26.
