About B.Pharm Program

Bapatla College of Pharmacy offers a four-year professional program leading to a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree. Students spend four years on the college campus and undergo industrial training at various industries with which the college has MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) at the end of the third year. The program provides a wide scope for students to develop research skills and gain practical exposure in pharmaceutical sciences.

To be eligible to apply for the program, applicants must complete +2 or Intermediate education. Students successfully completing the program are eligible to become licensed pharmacists and can pursue careers in pharmaceutical industries, research, hospital pharmacy, and higher studies.

Eligibility Criteria : Intermediate M.P.C or Bi.P.C Stream / AP-EAPCET Qualified.

About M.Pharm Program

Bapatla College of Pharmacy offers a two-year postgraduate program leading to a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) degree in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Analysis specializations. Students spend two years on campus and undertake industrial projects at various industries with which the college has MoUs at the end of the second year. The program encourages research activities and advanced learning in specialized areas of pharmacy.

The course is designed to develop advanced technical knowledge, research aptitude, and professional competence in pharmaceutical sciences, preparing graduates for careers in research, academia, pharmaceutical industries, and regulatory sectors.

About Pharm.D Program

The Pharm.D program is offered by Bapatla College of Pharmacy from 2024 and is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. Pharm.D follows a patient-centered curriculum that focuses on clinical pharmacy practice, drug therapy management, and patient care services.

During and after completion of the program, Pharm.D students can provide clinical pharmacy services in hospitals, work in Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), Pharmacovigilance, Pharmaco-economics, community services, research, and academics. The clinical skills of modern pharmacists make them a reliable source of drug information for physicians, nurses, and patients, thereby supporting the healthcare system and improving patient outcomes.

Course Title : Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)

Pattern : Yearly

No. of Seats : 30

Eligibility Criteria : Intermediate M.P.C or Bi.P.C Stream with 50% Marks (Open Category) and 45% Marks (SC/ST) or AP-EAPCET Qualified.
