Dr. T. Easwara Gopala Krishna Murthy was graduated in Pharmacy from Gulbarga University in 1992 and completed M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from Birla Institute of Technology in 1995. Thereafter, he started working at Bapatla College of Pharmacy, Bapatla as a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutics. For his commitment and dedication at work, he was promoted as Associate Professor and Professor. He completed his Ph.D. Degree in 2004 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He has been in the service of Bapatla College of Pharmacy, Bapatla as Principal at very responsible academic and administrative positions there since 2006 to till date.

He guided 24 Ph.D. Thesis and 96 Masters Projects Dissertations. He has 9 patents  to his credit and also received Grants from AICTE and DBT worth of Rs. 40 Lakhs. He published 263 Research papers in reputed National and International Journals among them 115 are scopus indexed articles. He authored 6 Text Books with reputed publishers. He successfully organized 26 Seminars, Conferences and Workshops & participated in 48 Conventions Seminars and Conferences. He delivered several Guest Lectures at various National and International Conferences.

He conferred with Meritorious University Best Teacher Award from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada for 3 times. He received Best Researcher award from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada.  The Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India AP State Branch honored him with Best Teacher Award 2023.

He is currently a Life Member in professional societies like Indian Pharmaceutical Association and Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India. He got Fellowship from Association of Pharmacy & Biotechnology and AP Akademy of Sciences. He has been working as Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for several reputed National and International Journals.
