Mr. Mohammad Yunoos (Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Bapatla College of Pharmacy, Bapatla) started his career as Lecturer in Nimra College of Pharmacy, Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada in the year 2007. He possesses over 7 years of teaching experience in teaching analysis subject to both UG & PG pharmacy students. He is pursuing his Ph.D from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam (Registered on May 2010). He studied his M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance) from University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam during 2005-2007 and B.Pharmacy from V.L.College of Pharmacy, Raichur (affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka) during 2000-2004. He qualified in GATE 2005 with 92.83 percentile score. He is a college topper in UG (awarded Gold Medal) and got distinction in PG (University 2 nd). He also awarded with AICTE Scholarship for 2 years.
He has been performing research works in method development and method validation using HPLC on new active chemical moieties. He published around 40 research papers in various reputed international and national journals. He attended more than 10 national/international conferences/symposium/workshops organised by various institution. He has almost guided around 50 research papers to UG & PG students for their presentation in various conferences. He is a life member of APTI (AP/LM-747). He is a registered pharmacist of Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council, Hyderabad (042691A1). He received two best research paper awards from Sri Vishnu College of Pharmacy, Bhimavaram in 2007 and Sri Padmavathi School of Pharmacy, Thirupathi in 2011. He awarded prestigious BEST TEACHER AWARD in 2011. Till date he successfully guided 10 PG and 5 UG dissertation work. At present he is guiding 7 PG and 1 UG projects in revealing development and validation for simultaneous estimation of pharmaceutical compounds using HPLC and Spectrophotometric methods.
